Default D'Addario Chris Thile Mandolin Strings?

About a year ago there was a lot of buzz about Chris Thile mandolin strings with a heavier gauge in the treble strings. I purchased a set and liked them very much. I was checking around various string emporiums, including D'Addario, and that particular set up seems to be no longer a thing. Does anyone have any insight about this?

D'Addario doesn't make signature strings, per se. However, the EXP74CM set is what you're looking for. That set was made to CT's spec. Similarly, the EJ74 set was "designed by" David Grisman, and the EJ75 was Ronnie McCoury.

And they still make the EXP74CM. Thats what I like to use. I just ordered a bunch of packs from Strings and Beyond. I shopped a few sites and while they all had them, you had to search for them. They werent displayed prominently in the string line up which I thought odd. I thought they were getting very popular. Maybe the string companies dont know or maybe I live in the micro mando bubble of The Mandolin CAfe. I fine place to live, btw.
No matter where I go, there I am...Unless I'm running a little late.

Question Re: D'Addario Chris Thile Mandolin Strings?

Dod you measure the string thickness when you had them?

You can make up your own replica set with that data.

    maybe <guess> the 75, 0115" E, and an 016" A? with the 74 G&D, 40/24 ..?

Finally came to the end of my mandolin string stash. Just ordered 6 sets of the Daddario EXP74CM strings.
Have used EXP74 or EXP 75s (depending on mandolin) for years. The custom mediums should be a sweet
    middle ground.
