And no pesky strings to have to keep in tune either. No worries about warped neck or top collapse because it's already... um... So, the perfect mandolin! Reminds me of my all-time favorite holiday card:

From the looks of it, I would guess it play's flat and has a rather two dimensional tone.

Guy Clark's song about Picasso's Mandolin is pretty good' but Guy transcends mortal song smithing into legendary with his song THE CAPE. Interesting find Perry. Kind of puts things back into a realistic perspective.
