Thread: Update on Performances

    Default Update on Performances

Well as I said before my group is opening up for Ricky Skaggs May 18th. But here recently we have come across some pretty good opportunities. 2 weeks ago we played a awards dinner that was for the governor of Kentucky and many big named politicians. There was also a young lady that has a record deal that sung too. One song we done was You'll never Leave Harlan Alive and the girl that sings with us nailed. She received a standing ovation from everyone in the room, governor and all. After the show everyone stormed over to us and left the musicians in the dust.

They asked to play the big arts center in Prestonburg Ky that seats well over 1000 people and we will be headlining it. They also invited us to play on the floor of the Kentucky senate in January. It was a great honor and I am proud of myself. Here is our video of You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive.
