I guess I don't bend that knuckle (sic?) when I play that. My question is do you think CBD oil (topical or internal) will help. Or any other holistic remedies I should try (Ive given Arnica, Tiger Balm, etc) Not interested in going with ibuprofen. Or should I just be thankful at the age of 73 that I can play concertina and liquidate 7 guitars and 2 mandolins (well, keep a Mando and guitar just in case......). Thanks for any ideas.

"I never did have no trouble with him until he got big enough to be round with bigger boys and off from home. Then he used to follow all these harp blowers, mandoleen (sic) and guitar players."
