    Perhaps someone can give me a ball-park figure on an immaculate Ibanez Ancienne FN-18, s/n 805. There is no mention on the label of the location of manufacture.

    Not much. I'm pretty certain most of Ibanez's bowlback models were made by Suzuki and tended to favor relatively soft necks and overbuilt soundboxes. Immaculate, I'd guess ca. US$250-400 depending on who's shopping and if the case is intact, but it's been quite a while since I actually followed prices on the old Ibanez line.
