TablEdit question

Does anyone know how to increase the spacing between the Title and score? What is happening is that the title of the tune is printed on top of the "chord as text" character, making it hard to read what the chord is at that position. Not a big deal, but it is messy, and it seems that in TablEdit, there is a way to do just about anything.

In case the above is not clear, what I would like to do is have the tab and notation lines start lower in the page, so that the title at the top does not coincide with the chord letters above the staff. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Go to File, Options, Page Layout tab and increase Height of Header of the first page.
