Default Is this Kentucky KM-160 a good buy?

My neighbor has a Kentucky KM 160 for sale for $100 . Would this be a good beginning instrument for me to learn how to play on. She says the instrument is 10 years old and was only used for four years . She uses her Eastman and does not want this one.

Assuming no issues, any Kentucky is a good deal at $100.

Assuming this thing is in good shape, it's an insane deal. Go for it.
