I posted the Go Fund Me page for fire victims over on Acoustic Guitar Forum, thinking we could reach a bunch of folks. No big deal, just a here it is if you want to help. It was taken off and a moderator PM'd me with a no fundraisers allowed here, hope you're successful, have a nice day response.

Now I realize forums are not a democracy and there are no first amendment rights, and I am even behind the right of a private entity to censor content, even to the extent they pick and choose what fundraisers they wish to support, but I do decry the missed opportunity to do good.

And those who wish to ignore any such post can easily choose to do so. Hooray for the Cafe enabling a worthy effort.
