Now that one was worth watching! So funny
I really enjoyed that - but some of it seems very familiar to my own experience. '' You play what ? '' - the father of my first girlfriend who was a Youth Orchestra musician who played Cello ( my girlfriend not her father) on being told i played Bluegrass banjo,

While great fun, there are two things in there that are so very true, true in the experience of my classical friends and true in my limited but enthusiastic journey:
Practice a lot, for ever.
Listen a lot. Live when possible but recordings when ever you can.
Much better than the folking one. I laughed, and not just at the way tax dollars are spend on humour.
I'll have to send that to my violist daughter, who has a doctorate in viola performance. I only talk to her coming and going from gigs in LA. Some recent ones: A Mozart opera staged as Star Treck, a Hollywood Bowl performance, and when asked who, she answered I don't know, some Latin diva, and a wedding where the bride's family rented an entire hotel in Marina del Ray and Stevie Wonder, a friend of the family, sang a number at the reception. Then there are the awards shows.....

This is great video series. First introduced to; How to be a skier. How to be a mountain biker. Funny and pointed! A line from the mtn biker one is so true. There are three sizes of mtn wheels, 26, 27.5 and 29 inches. Pick your favorite and be a dick about it. Sad but true.
