Received my copy today, Dec. 28
Just glanced at it, but looks like a very well done book loaded with illustrations.
Bruce,
Where are you located? I am in TN and mine has not made it yet

Sorry, I meant to include my location in the post.
I am in Cordova, TN which is in the Memphis area.
My son gave me a copy today -- Christmas present. Four-hundred-plus pages, hundreds of photos: amazing! I'm just reading the "early history" sections now, and the research and documentation impresses me.
Nice job, Mr. McD.

There were a bunch of people who had ordered a copy of the book from Martin (mrmando) and I offered to include mailing those copies in my big mailout. Somehow I didn't manage to include Martin's list in my spreadsheet which went to the mailing house (I suspect I closed the file at some point without saving it) so those ones did not go out with the other 350 or so. This has been fixed and those copies will be out to those people asap. Entirely my fault and apologies to those who have been kept waiting.

Wow! Just received my hardcopy today. What a work of art. Thanks Graham for your hard work and dedication to a sweet eight stringed instrument.
