Default Lightning strikes 2x, my second Gibson 1923 A2Z find.

Lightning does strike twice. Found my first Gibson A2Z in a Miami Pawnshop of all places, in the early 90's. Regretfully sold it when the economy collapsed, and figured I'd never own another. Today, in a music store in North Carolina, my prayers were answered. Another 1923 A2Z. This one sounds just as wonderful, and will not leave my hands until my mortal body leaves this earth!

Well done! They are wonderful mandolins, and it looks like a nice one.

You should post that picture in the "Demise of the pick guard" thread.
