I'd rather see this kind of claim backed by data, but I don't personally care enough to do that work. Who among us thinks someone that says, "90-95% of yadda, yadda," used any kind of hard data to come to a conclusion? We see this all the time. Someone notices 3-4 (brand_name) mandolins for sale somewhere and says, "I've noticed everyone is dumping (brand_name) mandolins! Are there serious defects, what's the real story!?"
