    found problem.
    Pop up blocker was enabled in ie.
    Turned it off and all internet servers worked fine to pull up adds.
    How it got enabled is anybody's guess.

    have tried firefox-ie-and google chrome.
    Every pic that comes up anywhere in a few secs shrink to a small pic icon until i click on it to bring it up to full size.
    On here i get a number...
