Logan, Mont. — Weber Fine Acoustic Instruments has announced an update to its popular Bitterroot model Mandolin.
The new Bitterroot will sport flame maple back and sides, radiused fingerboard, and a buckskin-colored finish. Retail price on the new Bitterroot will be $2999, and models will begin to ship in mid-to-late April, 2007.
The new appointments standardize the Bitterroot's most requested customizations, and bring a professional class mandolin to the market at an affordable price. Master Luthier Bruce D. Weber, remarked, "The new Bitterroot is a great workhorse instrument, and we're excited about its new look and feel."
