Thomas Sneed, Director, celebrates the tenth year of camp, "We have really cultivated an amazing group of music lovers who are willing to go off the beaten path to get to Targhee Music Camp in Alta, Wyoming. The rewards of 28 years of great festivals in the mountains have also produced the music camp, which by word of mouth has become a pilgrimage for both professionals and strummers with a song to sing. They all gather in their love of music and mountains and to gain knowledge and inspiration."
The closest airports are Idaho Falls, Idaho and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Some participants fly into Salt Lake City, Utah, and/or include visits to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park.
