    Here is a song from a 1970 show. The band was James, Rual Yarbrough, Kenny Baker and Skip Payne (sp?).

    Monroe is at a powerful point still in his vocal. This is a favorite of mine.

    You are spot on......He was always good but sometimes whew!!! the man had the think in another level of playing....in the "zone"
