    Default Planxty George Brabazon

    Tune attributed to Turlough O'Carolan

arranged for 3 mandolins (chord guitar added for this recording)

Perhaps a little fast, but gives the feel of a hornpipe.

a turkey seems to have crept in for the middle section.

Opening of that piece sounded like a hammered dulcimer to me. Very nice.

Lovely arrangement and playing. Does indeed sound a bit hammer-dulcimerish (is this a word?). It's a great tune.

Thanks John, but unfortunately I can't take credit for the playing - that's my sequencer at work !!

So, is it the chord guitar that is the sequenced part? Still a fine piece!
