I mostly lurk but just had to post here. Mine is a nod to my nephew who was completely baffled when I told him I was learning to play the mandolin.

I don't play fantastically, but well enough for my own enjoyment and the relatively rare Irish band gig where I only play mandolin on a few tunes. I have too many other interests to devote the time that it would take to be a really good mandolin player.
