Default Help me spend an iTunes voucher

I've done this sort of thing before on the cafe and it's always worked out good for me. Essentially i trust the good taste out there! I have enough credit left to buy 10 songs from iTunes. Please recommend some mandolin orientated music from any genre and the first 10 tracks I like from your suggestions (that I don't already have of course!) I will download.

    Thanks a lot!

Same Ol' Blues or Powder Creek.

The last one was written by R and brother Clarence at a New Jersey Turnpike rest area after observing hippies snorting some white powder....

My first mandolin downloads were related to songs my teacher had me work on, and musicians I've admired.
Little Annie from the album Together by Lauri Lewis and Kathy Kallick. There's a great mandolin break in the song. I've just got to learn that one!
Fugue in G Minor from the The Mando Boys Live, Holstein Lust. I've always enjoyed hearing Peter O. on public radio, so after starting to play mandolin myself, I have a whole new appreciation for his style!
And, another from Peter O., the recording of Monkey on a Dog Cart from the album Blue Mesa.
I hope those suggestions are fun for you!
