Looks like Lonzo and Oscar. "I'm my own Grandpa" was their song. I saw them at the Opry in 1973.
Still got my '45' of the classic...Musta Been Somethin I Et. (Buuuueep, skewzme ma'am)
There were at least three Lonzo's over the years. A piece of mandolin history likely forgotten by today's generation (and perhaps for good reason....)
So they won't be forgotten:

IDK i'm thinking misters Haynes and Burns often if ever played Vegas casinos, so as to qualify as Posh ..
writing about music
is like dancing,
about architecture
actually i think....
i like this
vocally they're really tight, and entertaining
and let remember that there was a time when it was all 'hillbilly'
i think its really swing, as lonzos solo would fit right in a louis jordan tune
and, i know where hee haw gots its roots
had no idea this schtick was so deeply rooted
and given the not so long ago floods down south, his pants look downright sensible to me..LOL
Country as a mule.......just like Jimmy.......
But Amsterdam was always good for grieving
And London never fails to leave me blue
And Paris never was my kinda town
So I walked around with the Ft. Worth Blues
Homer and Jethro make a brief joke about Lonzo and Oscar on their live 'At The Convention' album.
I have been collecting records for 45 years; I don't have too much trouble coming across the occasional Homer & Jethro album, but in all that time I have only seen 1/2 of a Lonzo & Oscar record; (jacket with no record inside).
I used to have their classic ”give me an RC cola and a moon pie and play maple on the hill”. A wonderful 45.
Not all the clams are at the beach

My father used to sing their classic "Moving On" when we were kids. He would sub in our names for the "cream of wheat" and "washing machine" verses.
