Looks great. How do you like playing it. I remember my first mandolin, well it wasn't mine, it was the first mandolin I played, handed to me by a friend. It was awesome, I was hooked at once, and I had never knowingly heard a mandolin, live or recorded in my life. I was hooked immediately.

Welcome to the Cafe! We can be a great support group and a horrible enabler... Mind your MAS.

MAS is a common ailement. But you will have that feeling after a while nomatter what mandolin you play. I have twice, once recently, embarrased myself on this very forum by announcing that my latest acquisiton was the last mandolin I would ever need. That was two, three acquisitions ago.

Don't forget to enjoy the potatoes out of the mandolin you have. You've got one that is fully up to the task. Any issues will, more than likely, be operator error. At least for awhile.

Great! I just started myself. I like playing acoustic guitar so why not a mandolin? Have fun!
