    a Partisan over throwing the Fascist Musolini Government, rallying tune..

    It's Really Great when Revived and done by a Big Street Marching band
    with Lots of Brass , and Drums ..
    Has been performed, to make a protest* of the perpetual Wars began by Decree
    ..over and over again, currently..

    *with thousands, millions, around the world, also on the streets.
