Notorious: My Celtic CD--listen & buy!
Lyon & Healy • Wood • Thormahlen • Andersen • Bacorn • Yanuziello • Fender • National • Gibson • Franke • Fuchs • Aceto • Three Hungry Pit Bulls
Seller has 72 sales with 97% positive. Most sales were for car parts. This is probably ligit, but really out of place.
I don't question the legitimacy of the sale. He seems to think these mandolins, collectively, are worth $6,000, and I just doubt that it's so. They are probably worth closer to his opening price. If a shop offered him $3K he should take it and run. (Maybe it's our pal Chumlee who made that offer ...)

I don't think he has to worry about getting too many bids.
The seller doesn't understand the thinking of individual musicians nor the thinking of dealers... expected price is wildly high for players and way to high for dealers to make any profit on them. He would be far better off selling them individually... That way he will come close to market value... But not if sold as a batch.
Bart McNeil
At 3K for all 5, he would've been making out like a bandit.
Mitch Russell
There's more chance of a buyer wanting one than all of them, Selling individually would be the best bet!
I never fail at anything, I just succeed at doing things that never work....
Fylde Touchstone Walnut Mandolin.

Old Hometown, Cabin Fever String Band
At least the Aria's have some flame in the backs. I guess Alverez did not have any good wood.
Charley
A bunch of stuff with four strings
A vintage Michael Kelly! First one I've seen!
They are "a steal".
