Schwab needs a replacement case

I'd like to find a replacement case completely different than my Schwab's original. I want to avoid all of the foam from touching the emando's finish. A rectangular shape takes up too much space from what I need or desire. A lightweight case would be desirable. Any hints?

I'd like to find a hardshell case to protect my 5-string Schwab solid-body emando. The Blue Heron cases seem nice, but they're too soft. I want a hard case. Something built sturdy but lightweight like a Hiscox case would be perfect and need just a few interior mods to fit a 5-string Schwab. Though I prefer to avoid the rectangular shaped case. Maybe I should try contacting TKL cases.
