    Default 1936 electric Dobro-mandolin?

Any thoughts or comments on this instrument that's up on ebay? Says it's a prototype emando won (maybe) from Rudy Dopyera himself in a poker game.

it's item number 110806871481. note that it's listed under Musical instruments>string.vintage>pre-1980>other rather than mandolin.

five hours to go, by the way.

me neither! I just happened across this while looking for something else & then was a little surprised to see no discussion here. seems to be an item of significant historical interest at least. probably would have been a good idea for the seller to list it under "mandolins" rather than "other" (but then I should have said "dobro-mandolin" in the thread title instead of just "dobro". oh well.)
