Floundering in Las Vegas, NV.

I've messed with my mandolin for about 3 years and seem to be getting nowhere. Are there any Bluegrass pickers in Vegas that want to get together every other weekend or so to practice ?

Jim, I'm up in the north but have heard that there is a group of BG pickers in Vegas, maybe contact nnba.org and see if they have a contact of some sort.

Try the Southern Nevada Bluegrass Music Socieity. They hold monthly pick outs, a festival in Logandale in October, One in Laughlin in the January time frame, and one in Mesquite in the April/May time frame. You can ask for info at blgrasmand@cox.net or their web site SNBMS
