Default best bluegrass town in a warm climate?

Deciding where to spend my winters...Going to Tucson this year and there are a few jams every week... but what about some warm or temperate climate towns and cities that are very bluegrass-oriented?

You might want to consider the Southern Appalachains and the surrounding foothills. Lots of Bluegrass in the entire region. Pick a nice spot and the music will be there.

In general, I'd second the above...
But last winter was a record-breaker for snow here in the mountains...
I had to find a snow shovel!!!!
and the power was out for several days........

How about Rio? Expand your horizons to Choro.
