Default "Angeline the Baker" on Nightline

A few nights ago (September 24, 2010) on "Nightline" was a segment on chef Sean Brock and Southern food.

In the background, they used old-timey music and I especially liked the fiddle version of "Angeline the Baker" playing when he's discussing how "there's fightin' drunk, piss drunk and pukin' drunk"!
    (3:18 on this video)

Does anyone here recognize this version? Can you identify the artist or recording?

    Thanks

Wow some good music used in that video. I can't answer your question, but what great mandolin at 2:22. I think its Clyde Curley because it kind of sounds like him, but I could be wrong.

And country ham and bourbon, sounds like a match made in heaven.

In the original post (several years ago) I provided a link which now seems dead but, Hey!, it's still available here at abcnews.go.com
