    Default Emasco Finger Planes

I've searched this forum and can't find any mention of these planes available form IV.
I got a 12mm two days ago and so far I'm thrilled with it. Holds and edge better than the IBEX, is much easier on the hands and just seems to work easier. I have the full set of IBEX planes and I'm very happy with them too. Anyone else try these planes?

If some folks are unfamiliar with these here is a link,

I have held them in my hand and they seem well made but have not put them to the wood. I am pretty happy with the planes I have.

Okay, after 10 days with the Emasco plane, it's plane to me that the Ibex planes are better. The Emasco plane is flatter than the ibex, tends to dig in and gouge more easily. They are well made and I will still use this one for the flatter parts on the carving but for about the same money the Ibex planes are better.
