I have no financial interest here; I just saw this Kettler F5 for sale and wanted others to know.I have seen discussion about Kettlers and know some have been looking for one. They are hardly ever for sale. I had one and it was a tone monster; I hate I sold it. The website is Buffalo Brothers.com

Hey, I recognize this one. It's the one that frussel got off of Ebay. I too was watching this one when it was on Ebay but ended up buying something else from a friend of mine. It was so tempting and the price was a bit lower as frussel was the only bidder. Okay frussel, what did you trade it in on?

Jim - I sold it to Buffalo Bros as part of a downpayment on a Collings MF there that I have had my eye on for many months. #I didn't like the MF at first, but every time I picked it up, it just played so easy and sounded better than anything I owned. #I just couldn't get it out of my brain, so I put the Kettler up for sale. #I'm still a small payment away from the MF, but I've got my great Old Wave A to keep me happy. # Nothing wrong with the sound or playability of that Kettler. #It was hard to part with. frussell,
Good choice on the MF. I too had played one and went back with cash to the store to see if I could deal but alas it was gone. It was at this time that your Kettler came up on Ebay and I was so torn about buying it without trying it. I am happy with what I ended up with and I'm sure you'll be happy with the Collings. They have such great tone & volume! Hopefully the new owner of the Kettler will show up on the Cafe. It's like keeping it in the family!

I played that mando for a couple days. It was loud, had great tone and played very easy.
