The Mandolin Cafe is once again teaming up with The Pacific Jazz Institute at Dimitriou's Jazz Alley (as we have in years past) to give away some free tickets to the Thursday opening night performance of the David Grisman Quintet for April 22-25, 2010, in Seattle.
We'll be giving away four sets of two (2) tickets, and the only requirement is you be a Cafe forum member (ie., four winning entries selected, each winning entry will receive two free tickets).
If you'd like a chance to win a set of tickets, simply post a reply indicating your interest within this thread, and I'll select the four winners, each to receive a pair of tickets that have a retail value of $32.50 per ticket.
If your name is selected as a winner of the tickets, you will be required to show a photo ID at the concert venue on the opening night. Tickets will not be mailed in advance, and I'll need to provide your name and phone number/email (in case of inclement weather or other reasons) so you can pick up the tickets at the box office in person. No need to put your name in the hat--or post comments, please--if you can't make it.
Ticket winners will be notified on Friday, April 9. Please do not post your email address, physical address or phone number of anything else. I will contact you via the forum by PM.
Official news release on the concert will follow in a few minutes.
