C. Bruno w/ Stromberg-Voisinet (pre-Kay) Neck??
Interesting!

It's clearly marked "C Bruno" on the label, and "The Vernon" has been discussed before as a Bruno brand, BUT...
The Gumbi-shaped headstock w/ carved back and round black (Bakelite?) tuning gear covers is dead-on Stromberg-Voisinet, as produced in the '20s. That was after they changed the name from Groschl (several variants of spelling) and before they changed it to Kay.
It clearly does NOT have the asymmetrical 2-point S-V body, that morphed into the later & wider Kay 2-point body. Maybe S-V sold off some extra necks?
(I realize there's an e-Bay forum, but this seems more of "vintage" interest rather than an e-Bay issue).
