Thread: Mayflower Mandolin?

    Default Mayflower Mandolin?

I ordered this mandolin on Ebay for $20.50 - the owner claimed it was an "Antique Italian" mandolin but when it came in the mail, I decided it looks more like a Mayflower, and those are from Chicago, right? Does this look a Mayflower to you? There is nothing that marks it. Any stickers it might have had are gone. It needs strings and a bridge. I ordered the GHS A240s for the strings, but I'm not sure what kind of bridge I need - one shorter than regular?
