    Default Fur Elise mando tab

I couldn't find a mando tab version of Fur Elise so I wrote one myself.

    See attachment.

    Hi Thomas:

If you can manage the stretch (depending on the size of your mandolin and your hands), I would suggest using your fourth finger on the 7'th fret instead of the open E string in the opening motif. Plant your 3rd finger on the 6th fret, and leave it there when you fret the 7th with your 4th finger. The tone of the open E string is quite a bit brighter than the fretted A string, so playing the 5 opening notes all on the A string will probably sound more even than if you alternate between the 6th fret of the A and the open E string.

    Hope this helps.
