    Heh. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt. Wrong answer.

This one may be harder. If it doesn't work, I have a nearly impossible one I'm ready to spring. OK, sleeping dog off the lap, out to the front porch to heckle sleeping neighbors... my hope.

Being in Japan right now, I missed all that. I didn't know the answers anyway so no regrets and my cap is already waiting for me at home.

Got my cap today - it's great! Very comfortable, and stylish. Nice to wear something other than the %#@& Florida Gators hat I've been wearing for two years now - not really my team, but I feel it's my duty to represent the "hometown heroes," football champions that they are.

Anyway, I put it right on, went to first rehearsal of new duo, went to a gallery opening, got a comment on it ("Oh, Mandolin Café - where is that?" "Everywhere," I said, "it's on the interweb.") - it's done some living already. It was a good day for my PO box, with that and some CDs and LPs I'd been waiting for all arriving.

    Thank you so much!

i've got a question (no prize, however):

assuming the hat i ordered weeks ago was posted from - wherever - under the aegis of "neither rain nor sleet nor dead of night" ... in which italian postal depot is it presently languishing and dare i hope for a xmas delivery?

Didn't Mussolini - who also played the mandolin - get the trains to run on time?

Not according to fleidmarshall Rommel, if fact he did not think that anything from Italy's goverment at that time was right, so I've read. I am an avid reader of military history.

    Back on topic...
Saturday was take the daughter to the barn day. Rob and I played on the tractor and went for a Gator ride. He's rather fetching. Sadly, this time his real teeth are kind of Bubba-esque as he looses his baby teeth.
