I just started playing mandolin a few weeks ago and just realized the wall clock that has been in my music room is based on a Weber Fern. I don't even remember where I bought it but it sure was a reality check now that I'm playing mandolin.

I'd like to see a photo of the clock, It sounds pretty cool. Welcome to the wonderful world of mandolins.....
So subconsciously all along you bought mando stuff and were destined to play the mando...
OK, here's a picture of a MandoClock. Not the one that Dave mentioned, but the one that hovers over my back while I do mando repairs, build reso. guitars, and build those Happy Little Traveler Mandolins....
Nice resophonic mandoclock Steve! Did you put that together? There could be a market for these...
How's the tone? Is the "tick" pretty balanced with the "tock"?
Way cool clock you have there.
A quick google pulled up this mandolin clock, although it is a piece of plastic as opposed to Dave's wood soundboard, back, and sides.

I wish I could remember where I bought it. You would think Weber would have had some involvement with copyright laws and all. Funny thing is that I wasn't even thinking Mando's back then ! I will try and post a picture tomorrow.

Here's a picture of the only Weber I can afford for now !
