That is fantasic detail...however, that's one of Gibson's stock photos or a full sized F-5 they are using.

I contacted the seller. The photo is of the seller's dad's F-5. He does not have thhe models in hand yet. They will be 8 inches tall.
I would say he was a bit quick to market them, not even having them yet.

I'm tempted, but finding a HSC for one of these might be a bit problematic.

"it is been custom made for me"

I'm going to handcraft a "custom miniature mandolin guitar" in "fantastic detail" just for you I hope you will display and treasure it forever in you music room.

No wait, I'm going to handcraft 9 "custom miniature mandolin guitars" in "fantastic detail" just for you and I hope you treasure them just long enough to post them on ebay for a song and make a profit off all my hard work.

No wait, I'm going to buy 10 "run of the mill Christmas ornaments" from China keep 1 as a christmas ornament and overstate the quality of the rest and make a handsome profit.

Same picture, no dimensions... I don't get it. It seems decietful to say the least.

Perhaps that's why I'll never get rich.
If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.

The new listing has a picture of the model - not a full sized instrument, at least I hope that is the model. It sure isn't much to look at if it is real.

I wonder if those are "Hand Curved" ? HaHaHa

A bit off the topic but what do you suppose will become of all those c****y mandolins from over there? Are people really buying that junk?

BTW, I'm not referring to the good quality Eastmans, Kentuck's and the other few good brands so don't take me wrong.
