This guy was advertising this '57-'58 F5 a couple of month ago and I went and looked at it. I thought that it was pretty good sounding, and it played real nice. I have no financial or other interest in it.

Not mentioned in his ad but obvious in the photo is this mandolin has been refinished. That really effects the price of these and he has it at about half the price of an original finish late 50's. Seems that would have been mentioned in the listing.
