Musicians Against Childhood Cancer runs this year from July 23 - 26 at Hoover Y Park in Columbus, Ohio. The lineup is so great I can't even seek to highlight any bands. Top mandolin players include: Alan Bibey, Don Rigsby, Shawn Lane, Dwight McCall, and probably several I've missed. If you can only get to one bluegrass festival this year, this is the one to attend. I attended this one a few years ago. #It seemed to be a well run festival, nice location and good cause. #The line up is usually great. #There is a CD of highlights available from Skaggs Family records that benefits the same charity.
