there is a book that is used heavily in some slow jams in the DFW area. it's available on ebay. go look at item 190230950398.

I have the casey fakebook and it is not bad. The casey one is good for words and cords of popular bg tunes. I also like the fiddler fakebook by D. Brody for old time tunes, but it doesn't have words. (I think they make a "mandolin" version for those who like tab)
