Hmmm... it has a flat back... And a carved top... and a donut-burst...

    Must be an unsigned Loar.

Reminds me of when Mom used to put a bowl over our heads for the haircuts... only the bowl goes in the middle of the mando while somebody goes crazy with the brown Rust-oleum.

Um. . .I'm no expert at these things, but it looks all wrong. Not just the sunburst, but the back, tailpiece, bridge, pickguard -- I'm guessing the headstock and neck are the only Gibson parts, if that. You out there, Tom?? Ken??

Being relieved to not find my picture on that link, I'll say it all looks Gibson to me except maybe the tailpiece and certainly the burst.

Those things had a thin mahogany back with an arch induced by one big ol' brace across the back.

Looks like somebody but the "soup bowl" in the middle & "touched up" the burst.

I don't know what's worse: #the sunburst or the over-use of exclamation points in the description!!!!!!!!! #Sorry, I teach English, and these things get to me at times.

I've seen black-eyes that looked better than that.

It looks like a perfectly browned flapjack on a griddle pan. #
