I'm currently getting physical therapy for a wrist/hand injury. Part of the therapy is squeezing this putty twice a day: NFI

This is wonderful stuff, I'm using the medium (green) putty now. This exercises the hand and fingers better than any grip/finger exerciser, or tennis/stress ball I've ever used. It's cheap too. Give it a try if you're trying to cope with hand pain or stiffness.

Bob- thanks for the tip. Is the two oz container enough of it? I see it comes in three sizes.

Kate - the therapist gave me a 4 oz. package. It's about the size of a stress ball.
