    Hi everyone,

I just posted this in the Rock section but I thought it might be a good idea to post here as well...

Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this book.

I have a student who is looking to learn mando without an emphasis on Bluegrass, Fiddle Tunes etc.

I thought it might be a good idea for her to pick up a book that we could work thru and have been looking for beginner books that include tunes that are not fiddle tunes.

Any advice on this (or any other book) would be much appreciated! Thanks!
