I know some of you folks were there over the weekend. Any pics to share?

Wow. Just scanning through those photos I'm not worried about the next generation of players... There seems to be a bunch of them and they look like they're doing all right.

    Thanks for the link, Fred.

Fred - INDEED! They can pick, and there seems to be no lack of up-and-coming young talent!

Not just young 'uns in there. I even noticed myself in a pic or two. Sim and Missy Daley were in the group with Dave Snider. We met and picked with several old and new friends. SPBGMA has become my favorite vacation. It just takes me a while to get over those 3:00 am sessions anymore. Bring on the Starbucks and let's pick. Frank Ray and a dealer named Gary both had their Loars there and I did some pickin' and Smellin'. Great trip.....

I recognize some of the kids in these photos. They take lessons from the same instructor I do. Not to mention I see them at EVERYTHING bluegrass that I attend. Its great to see young people take interest in this musical tradition!

Nice collage, Fred. Do you know who was playing mandolin and banjo with the CG?

Alan, if yer talkin' to me, these aren't my work. I only wish I had been there.

I found out about this site from visiting the Banjo Hangout.
