    Interesting article about the new Feb '24 Loar. I wonder how many of those Loars are in existance that are not in the hands of musicians. You know.........showing up at garage sales!

    Not a waste at all---if he didn't want to read the new thread he could have just not clicked on it. You do have to wonder how many are out there. I don't think there's too many people on this board who haven't eyed yard sales just wondering. You never know...it could happen. Thile obviously had some under-the-bed luck.

    I concur with Steven. This is a chat board and people should feel free to chat. We just discussed the issue of searching the archives here. And the thread that you pointed him to doesn't address the question he posed
