I saw Alan play this Friday night at Universal Chevrolet in Cleveland Georgia. I've always thought it was a great song and it doesn't look terribly difficult. Although, They all "look" that way. Anybody have the TAB ??
Thanks in advance.

That is from a Blueridge recording, right? I have it, need to look. If it's in B, just throw in some Bibey B licks
How was the show? Did Mitch pick a tune with the band?
Yep its from the "side by side" cd oddly enough.
Mitch picked two songs with the band Roanoke and Panhandle Rag the latter is on his c.d "I'd rather be pickin" Which I really enjoy for some very good trad. versions of Blackberry Blossom Bill Cheatum Panhandle Rag and some others that escape me. I give Mitch credit running a dealership doesn't give you hours of practice time. I would think bear wrestling is easier.
Grasstowne will be back next month 1st friday of the month. I think the boys might be behind on the bus payment.
Oh yeah,
If you find that tab I would be grateful. I take it your a georgia local.

No Georgia local, but a friend of Al's. I told him GT should work up Flyin' High, the dobro man could nail that one and the young banjo man could likely get it too.
I'll try to work up the Side by Side.
Yeah, Thats a great song for them !
I had Alan as an instructor at Kauffman Kamp and he really made an impression on me. A very sincere and genuine person. He would be high on my list of playing a round of golf with.
