I've been working, on and off, on a tune called Bright Days which is on a Tony Rice/Norman Blake CD (Blake & Rice 2). The A part was easy enough to get by ear, but the B part is giving me fits. Does anyone have it in tab or notation? TIA!

I play that tune and LOVE it. I'm almost sure I got the tab from Mandozine. Check there....check THIS.
I seem to remember that the B part is tabbed wrong, or at least different than Norman's version. There are a couple of bluesy notes he plays that are fun and not hard to work out with Transcribe or some other slow down program. Great tune, btw!
I've been playing that for about 5 years now....one of those tunes that when I first heard it, went "gotta learn it"....I know I've got something on it in my "book". Will look it up tonight and post (at work right now) with info (if someone else doesn't beat me to it).
It is also included in Norman Blakes Mandolin Instruction CD.
Tony
Mandozine has it in Tabledit format for either guitar or mandolin
Style is the sum total of your limitations
Went back into the books....
If you go into "MandolinCafe"....homepage>tablature>search. ..
You'll have pretty much what you need.
Have fun!
What a gorgeous tune, gonna have to learn that one now!
Thanks for pointing it out and thanks to all for the tabs.
