You can buy WeldOn plastic cement from www.smallwonder-music.co.uk. I ordered thier catalogue in 2005 and the quantities they sold then was 1.5 oz tube £5.75, 5 oz tube £11.00. Thier web site deals mostly with shell inlay materials so you will have to order thier catalogue.
