Today I received, as promised by Fendoman, one of the handmade Hemp straps that he was telling us all about, not long ago.

I could tell by the durable nature of the strap that it should last a good while and was made with loving care and attention to detail.

The length I chose was a guitar-sling length for my mando, since I like to wear my strap over my left shoulder, and it fit me perfectly!

I meant to put a pic of it in the first thread, but blew it. So here is the pic I took today, only about an hour after having received the strap in the mail.

Thanks again to Fendoman for being faithful in his promise to send it, and to those involved in the "making" of the strap.

Thank you Soupy. My friend Laura and her baby Oak appreciate you. She tied one of these about two or three years ago and I used it on my Fender A style until I got my Weber and gave the Fender to her. I have always liked her straps. She was telling me about money being tight with a baby and all. So I thought how can I help her. Well I have "ADIDAM-All Day I Dream About Mandolins". Then is when I thought about those straps so here we go. Thank you very much Soupy for purchasing a "OAK" strap
