    Here are some pics of my Monteleone copy. It has a redwood top. Sweet tone, Woody dry bass, clear bell like treble! Alot of punch to the chop. Real complex tone on this one.

    Thanks guys for all the compliments! This mandolin sounds better than I ever could hope for. The mandolin is as loud as anything I have played. It cuts through a jam with no problem and the redwood gives it a tone as though it is a real old mandolin.

    IT's great seeing something other than Gibson clones.
    Differant strokes for differant folks, but i personally always thought the G.A. was a much better looking Mandolin.

    Skip was this from either Bruce Wei or Antonio Tsai and does it look as good in person as it does in the pictures.

    Bill, the inlay was from Antonio. It is very nicely done.
